What is included in the price?
our furnished apartment rental rates include:
- A fully furnished apartment in Melbourne including home-wares and linen;
- Utility connections and ongoing usage charges;
- Telephone connection, line rental and local calls
What is included in our apartment?
Your apartment includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay including high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, fully equipped laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove.
What is the minimum length of stay in your Melbourne apartments?
Melbourne Tower executive apartments have a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Please note: Shorter stays may be granted at discretion of manager at an increased rate.
How many people does each corporate apartment sleep?
- One bedroom apartment – max of 2 persons
- Two bedroom apartment – max of 4 persons
- Three bedroom apartments – max of 6 persons (Sub-penthouse can sleep 8 but guests above 6 will incur extra charges)
Is car parking available?
Secure undercover onsite car parking is available. Car parking for 1 car is included in price for Sub-Penthouse apartment only.
Do your executive apartments have cable television?
Foxtel cable television is available in all Apartments.
Do your apartments have broadband internet?
Melbourne Tower Apartments provides FREE WIFI Internet in Sub-penthouse Apartment only. Other apartments can have broadband access at an extra cost.
Check In/Out Information
How do I check into my Melbourne apartment?
Check-in is completed online and all forms completed prior to your arrival, keys are picked up from concierge.
On departure keys are simply left with Concierge unless other arrangements are made.
What is the check in/out time?
Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out of your Melbourne apartment is typically by 10am on the day of departure, except by prior arrangement.
Reservation/Booking Procedures
How do I make a reservation?
To book :
- make a booking request including dates and number of guests to : [email protected]
- you will receive a booking invoice
- payment is made
- you will receive a formal confirmation and further information for check-in.
Is a deposit required?
Full payment for your stay is required to lock in dates requested.
A separate secuity deposit is held during your stay for incidental damage or loss of keys. This is returned in full if apartment passes exit inspection.
When do you require payment?
Payment must be made within 5 working days after issue of invoice to secure an apartment in Melbourne. Security deposit is normally collected through Paypal around 1 month prior to your stay.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment by bank transfer is preferred. Major credit cards are accepted including; Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Card are accepted through Paypal. Note that there is an additional charge of 4% for using this facility.
Are there any other charges?
There is an ‘Exit Clean’ charge of AUD$100

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our furnished apartments in Melbourne.
